PROCESS FAQ

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL RENOVATION TAKE?

An HDB 4-room full renovation typically takes 8–10 weeks. Condos and landed properties range from 10–16 weeks depending on scope. We provide a detailed timeline during the quotation phase.

CAN I STAY IN THE PROPERTY DURING RENOVATION?

For partial renovations (e.g. kitchen or bathroom only), it's usually possible. For full renovations, we recommend arranging temporary accommodation as the work involves hacking, dust, and utility shutoffs.

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES DURING THE RENOVATION?

Changes happen — we get it. We'll discuss the impact on cost and timeline transparently, provide a variation order for your approval, and adjust the plan accordingly. No work proceeds without your sign-off.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY?

Yes. All completed works come with a workmanship warranty. The duration varies by trade (e.g. waterproofing typically carries a longer warranty). Full details are documented at handover.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

We follow a progressive payment schedule tied to project milestones — typically 10% deposit, then stage payments at hacking completion, carpentry, and final handover. You never pay ahead of work completed.
